Terms of Service

The short, honest version of the rules.

1. The service

CardToPage (“we”, “us”) turns your uploaded invitation card into a website you share with guests. Building and previewing is free. Starter and the paid full website have different features, shown on the pricing page and before publication. The checkout shows your final price before you pay.

Free Starter websites

A verified account receives two free first publications. An allowance is used only when a new Starter website successfully goes live. Drafts, previews and edits to that same website use no extra allowance. Deleting or unpublishing a successfully published website does not restore its allowance. The allowance does not renew monthly.

Starter includes one image card, event details, one venue with directions, a standard colour and a random link, with a small CardToPage footer. Hosting lasts 30 days from first publication, after which the free website is automatically deleted. This term is shown before you publish. Editing, unpublishing or changing the event date does not restart this term. Paid features and add-ons are described separately; existing paid purchases retain their stated benefits.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time via Contact.

3. Your content

Names, photos, messages and audio you add remain yours. By publishing, you grant us the limited licence needed to host and display that page to the people you share it with. You confirm you have the rights to any photos and audio you upload. Content reported as infringing or unlawful is removed, and repeat abuse may close the account.

4. Acceptable use

5. Availability & liability

We work hard to keep published pages live through your event and beyond, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
