Refund Policy
One-time payments, never a subscription. If we took money and gave you nothing, you get it back.
The rule, in one line
We refund any payment that did not deliver what it was for. If you were charged twice, or charged and your page did not go live, you do not need to argue with anyone: we refund it, and in most cases we notice before you do.
Charged twice
It happens when a card takes a long time to clear and the page is closed before the payment confirms, so the site still shows the payment button. Our system checks with the payment provider, unlocks what you paid for, and refunds the extra charge to the same card or account. You will get a message from us when that happens, with the amount.
Paid and nothing happened
Contact us with the email you paid from. We look up the payment, and either finish the job (your page goes live) or refund it in full. Both are fine outcomes; you choose. Nothing about this needs a reason from you.
Paid, delivered, and you changed your mind
- If you have not shared the link yet, ask within 7 days of paying and we will refund it.
- Once the invitation has been shared and guests have opened it, the service has been delivered, so a refund is at our discretion. We are reasonable about genuine mistakes, such as paying on the wrong invitation.
- If a published page does not work as promised and we cannot fix it within 48 hours, you get a full refund, shared or not.
RSVP add-ons and AI designs
RSVP capacity is refundable while it is unused. An AI design is delivered the moment the image is made, so it is not refundable once you have it, unless the generation failed, in which case you were not charged for it at all.
How to ask, and how long it takes
Email [email protected] from your account email with the invitation link or the payment id. We answer within one working day. Approved refunds go back to the original card or account, and banks usually show them within 5 to 7 working days. Refunds always return to the method you paid with; we cannot send them anywhere else.
