The host uploads the card image, CardToPage reads the event details from it for the host to check, the host picks a theme for the page around the card, and publishes. Guests get one link, usually shared on WhatsApp, that opens in any phone browser. Nothing is installed and guests do not sign in. The card stays exactly as designed. CardToPage does not design cards. It is for people who already have one, from any design app, a designer or a photo of a printed card. A PDF card must be converted to an image first with the free PDF tool. ## How it works 1. Upload the card at https://cardtopage.com/create. An image works on Starter, and the full website also accepts several card pages or a video card. 2. Check the details read from the card: names, date, time, venue, address, phone numbers and ceremonies. 3. Choose a theme (full website) or a standard color (Starter). Pin the venue on the map. 4. Add extras on the full website: RSVP questions, Wishes Wall, music from a YouTube link, a gallery, call buttons, a schedule of several events. 5. Preview for free, then publish. Share the link on WhatsApp. The preview image is built from the card, or the host uploads their own. A downloadable QR code can go on a printed card. 7. Edit any time. The date is shown on the dashboard. - Upgrading a Starter website to the full website keeps its link. ## Supported occasions Themes exist for weddings (including Anand Karaj and other ceremonies), birthdays and first birthdays, baby showers, housewarmings and griha pravesh, festivals such as Navratri and Garba, Durga Puja, Eid, Holi, Lohri, Onam and Diwali-style festive lights, parties, graduations, Halloween, Christmas, memorials, and business events such as launches and conferences (a business layout with an agenda, speakers, sponsors and a joining link). ## Guest features (full website) - RSVP: name, optional WhatsApp number and dietary notes, and up to two custom questions (text, yes or no, a choice, or a count). Replies appear on the host dashboard and can be exported. - Wishes Wall: guests write wishes and blessings. The host can require approval first, and an AI check can hold abusive or spam wishes for review. - Photo Wall (paid add-on): guests upload photos and the host approves which appear. - Directions: a Directions button opens Google Maps to the exact pinned venue. - Music: background audio from a YouTube link, starting after the guest first taps. The host confirms they have the rights. - Also: gallery, tap-to-call buttons with names, countdown, add to calendar, several events on one link. ## Sharing - One link per event, opened in the browser. WhatsApp shows a preview image (1200 x 630) built from the card, or one the host uploads. - A QR code of the link can be downloaded for printed cards. - Changing details later does not change the link. ## Privacy basics - A published page is visible to anyone who has its link. Guest pages are marked noindex so search engines do not list them. - Hosts can unpublish or delete a page at any time, which removes public access. - Pages are removed automatically after their hosting term ends (Starter: 30 days from first publication, full website: 7 days after the last event date). - Guests do not need an account.
